Djernes & Bell appointed to transform Linex factory complex into municipal home-care center

Djernes & Bell are currently working on proposals for the adaptive reuse of the Linex Factory. The building complex is a unique example of mid-century industrial architecture and has been given a heritage protection value by the municipality, who had previously planned on demolishing the building to make space for new housing area.
