Hedeskov Centre For Regenerative Practice
Opening Ceremony
We are proud to have contributed to the realization of the central building complex at Hedeskov Center for Regenerative Practice—an embodiment of regenerative architecture and design. This project, brought to life through collaboration with partners, craftspeople, and the local community, reflects our commitment to innovative, sustainable design that aligns with Hedeskov’s regenerative mission.
A heartfelt thank you to ou clients Hedeskov for being so visionary, thanks to Local Works for their brilliant work on site-based and natural materials, thanks to Real Dania and AAU BUILD for their invaluable support, and to the dedicated craftspeople whose work made this vision possible. It was a privilege to be part of this project, where architecture, nature, and community intersect in powerful ways.
The opening event marked the beginning of a new chapter at Hedeskov, where regenerative practices across agriculture, architecture, and arts are explored to create lasting value for both people and the environment. We look forward to continuing this journey of learning, collaboration, and transformation.
Food at the opening was grown own site and prepared by Jakob Vinkler and the Centre was opened with a traditional nordic herbal smudge stick ceremony by alchemist and intersectional herbalist Lærke Lyhne
