Djernes & Bell have designed proposals for a new cottage made of locally available low-carbon materials. The new cottage is proposed as part of a listed complex of buildings in central Cape Town, where the Sir Herbert Baker main house and earlier cottage extensions are part of a boutique hotel set in lush historic gardens.
